Service for repair and spare-parts

As a specialist for Heidelberg & Linotype-Hell HighEnd Scanner, we have one of the greatest and the most complete repositories of new and used spare parts at our disposal.

Among other things, we acquired a great amount of new End Of Life spare-parts like high voltage power supply units, motors, main boards, maxi boards, optical heads, spinner motors, lamp control units, etc. from the company ELAPLAN. On top of that, we always have functioning replacement, backup and testing devices on stock for you (Topaz, Tango, PrimeScan, Chromagraph and Nexscan).

In case you need support, we offer a worldwide and on-site service, which usually also includes an alternative machine for testing purposes. In almost all cases, we are able to solve software troubles via remote maintenance because of our long experiences in this field.
